Tommy Q. Gallardo has been a member of Nemecek & Cole since 2004. Tommy has extensive experience as a litigator with an emphasis on business litigation and professional liability defense.
Tommy's clients include companies, attorneys, law firms, trustees, insurance brokers, dentists, and engineers in litigation matters. Tommy represents many well-known and prestigious law firms, attorneys, and other professionals and businesses in Los Angeles County and beyond. Prior to joining Nemecek & Cole, Tommy practiced general civil litigation as a sole practitioner.

Tommy was born in 1972 in Thousand Oaks, California, and lives in Newbury Park with his wife and children.
