Marshall R. Cole
Marshall R. Cole is a seasoned trial attorney and finds his true passion in the courtroom. Joining Nemecek & Cole in 2010, Marshall has represented parties in both state and federal courts in various areas of civil litigation, including professional liability, complex fraud, and real estate matters. Marshall has a proven track record of obtaining extremely favorable results on behalf of his clients through mediation, arbitration, and trial. Marshall also serves as a volunteer prosecutor for the City of Inglewood where he prosecutes criminal matters.
Prior to joining Nemecek & Cole, Marshall was an associate with the law firm of Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard and Shapiro where he handled complex business and real estate litigation matters as well as environmental litigation.

Marshall has been a competitive water ski racer since he was six years old. He was the Junior World Champion for water ski racing in 2001 and was selected as a member of the United States Water Ski Racing Team for the 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2007 world championships. Aside from water ski racing, Marshall is an avid mountain biker and snow skier. Marshall lives in Sherman Oaks.
