The jury deliberated for
2 1/2 hours after the three-week trial, returning
a unanimous verdict in favor of Mr. Cole’s
client. Just one month prior to this trial, Mr.
Cole obtained a defense verdict on behalf of Farmer
Insurance Exchange in a bad faith action. Both
