AMY J. LIEBERMAN
Amy comes to the practice of law after an entertainment career. After graduating from New York University's Tisch School for the Arts, Amy traveled the country performing for over a decade before choosing to pursue a legal degree. She earned her JD from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and spent a year fellowship working on critical healthcare issues at the National Health Law Program before joining Nemecek & Cole. While in law school, she was an advocate on the Jessup International Moot Court team and a research editor for the UC Irvine Law Review, and she received awards for her pro bono work and her work in the International Justice Clinic, supporting the mandate of the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression. She has also worked in the employment law and personal injury law fields. Her practice at Nemecek & Cole focuses on professional liability.
