Amanda M. Moghaddam
Amanda M. Moghaddam has been a member of Nemecek & Cole since April 2013.
Prior to joining Nemecek & Cole, Amanda worked for a prominent medical malpractice defense firm. Amanda has represented plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts in various areas of civil litigation, including professional liability, general liability, business disputes, and attorney-client fee dispute matters.
While attending Southwestern Law School, Amanda argued a prisoners’ rights appeal before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also served on the Southwestern Law Review's Executive Editorial Board and competed in two national moot court competitions.

Amanda grew up in Georgia. She enjoys hiking with her husband, Mike, and son, Holden.
